I cannot speak highly enough of Lynden, Emma and their team, they were outstanding. They went far above and beyond what would normally be expected of a removals company. Upon arriving at the property, they were faced with a very challenging situation. There was no carer present for the disabled occupant who was understandably distressed and confused about what was happening. Rather than simply refusing to proceed, the team showed remarkable patience, compassion and professionalism throughout. They carefully moved clothing and belongings themselves to ensure the removal could go ahead, despite this not being part of their role. They also had to deal with poor conditions within the property, including clearing space to work safely. Throughout this, they remained respectful and considerate. In particular, Emma demonstrated outstanding kindness and empathy by sitting with the occupant, reassuring him and helping to calm him when he became distressed. Her actions ensured that he felt supported and safe during what could have been a very upsetting experience for him. Their willingness to help in difficult circumstances, coupled with their professionalism and compassion, was truly commendable. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. Have used these guys before so thought I would ask for a quote to remove some household items and some other bits. Was happy with the quote they gave us to asked them when they were free to come and remover it. Efficient service and all items were removed. Would certainly use these again and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for waste removal.
